Support for overwhelm, anxiety and emotional wellbeing
Emotional relief for when you’re ready to move forward.
Who this is for
This work may suit you if you:
something hasn’t shifted, despite your efforts
the same patterns keep repeating in your life
you want a more direct way to work through what’s going on
you feel overwhelmed, fustrated or you sense something under the surface persists.
You don’t need to have it fully defined, just a sense that something hasn’t resolved, and that you’re ready to move forward.
When patterns keep repeating
Over time, you might notice the same patterns playing out.
your same reactions under pressure
similar situations in work, relationships or habits
Even with awareness, something underneath can keep pulling you back into a place.
Because what’s driving the pattern often sits beneath conscious awareness.
What sits beneath the cycles
Often, these patterns aren’t just about our behaviour.
They’re shaped by underlying beliefs, and emotions that haven’t fully resolved, like shame, fear, or guilt, that continue to sit beneath the surface.
This can show up as self-sabotage, a sense of heaviness, or the feeling that something isn’t quite right.
You might not always have clear words for it — just a sense that something is still there.
Why talking therapies alone, sometimes aren’t enough
Talking therapies can bring clarity, language, and perspective.
They can help you understand your experiences and recognise patterns more clearly.
But insight alone doesn’t always change how things feel, or how you respond.
This is because emotional experience isn’t just cognitive. It is also held in the body and nervous system.
As explored in ‘The Body Keeps the Score’, past experiences can continue to register beneath awareness, even when they’ve been understood.
Without addressing what sits in the body, insight alone often isn’t enough, the weight remains, and the patterns continue.
About the approach
This work draws on a structured process referred to as ‘Self-Directed Healing’.
It works by safely engaging your own internal awareness to process what hasn’t fully resolved, rather than relying on talking therapies, external or hands-on techniques.
The process gently supports you to work through deeply held emotional patterns, including stress, anxiety, grief, and behavioural habits, in a grounded and practical way.
The approach was developed in Melbourne, Australia, and is now used by practitioners internationally.
Emotional processing investment
$249 for 90 minutes.
This work is structured differently to a standard counselling or coaching session. We allow more time for things to unfold — not just insight, but real emotional and subconscious processing.
