Clear thinking & practical support for people — at work and beyond
Partnering with organisations to support both staff and the people they work with.
Practical, grounded support that strengthens how people think, communicate, and function — at work and in life.
Support for teams and the people you serve
In today’s environment, ongoing pressure and competing demands can affect how people think, communicate, and perform at work.
I work with organisations to provide practical, grounded support for both staff and the people you support — helping them navigate challenges, think clearly, and move forward with direction.
This can be delivered internally for your team, or as an external referral option for your clients or community.
How we can work together
There are two main ways we can work together, depending on your needs:
Support for your team
Helping staff think clearly, manage pressure, and stay steady in their roles.
This may include:
1:1 coaching or counselling (confidential support)
Workshops and small group sessions
Support during periods of change, growth, or high demand
Focus areas include:
managing stress and avoiding burnout
clear thinking and decision-making
communication and boundaries
working through challenges without becoming overwhelmed
Support for your clients or community
A trusted, external referral option for people who may need more individualised, ongoing support.
This works well for organisations supporting people who are:
navigating change, stress, or uncertainty
feeling overwhelmed but not in acute crisis
needing space to think clearly and move forward
looking for support beyond what your service can provide
Partnerships can include:
Referral pathways to 1:1 coaching or counselling
Co-branded or referred workshops
Supplementary support alongside your existing services
Why organisations choose this work
This is not a clinical service model, and it’s not surface-level coaching. It’s a grounded, structured approach that helps people:
understand what’s actually going on for them
think more clearly under pressure
communicate more effectively
move forward with direction and follow-through.
With a background in counselling, coaching, and communication, the work bridges the gap between emotional support and practical action.
A grounded way of working
This work is trauma-aware and person-centred.
people are met where they are
sessions move at a considered pace
the focus is on real-life application, not just insight
support is respectful, confidential, and practical.
The aim is to help people make sense of their experience and respond in a way that works, in their work and their lives.

I’m Sasha Crichton, a Central Coast based certified life coach and registered counsellor, with a background in communications and community-focused work.
I’ve worked across mental health, government and not-for-profit settings, supporting people through uncertainty, change and times when things don’t feel clear. This has shaped a grounded, thoughtful approach that supports both the practical and emotional sides of finding a way forward.
I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels steady and true to you.
