Find your truth.
Move forward with clarity and direction.

A grounded, trauma-aware space to make sense of what’s happening, put it into words, and move forward with direction — in your life or your work.

Coaching and counselling on the Central Coast NSW and online, with a focus on clear thinking, communication, and meaningful change.

When something needs to shift — but you’re not sure how

If you’re holding it together on the outside but something underneath isn’t working, this is a place to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with clarity.

Do you notice:

  • you feel emotionally flat, drained, or disconnected from yourself

  • you’re at a turning point in your life, relationships, or work

  • you want clarity, direction, or steady accountability to move forward

  • you know something needs to change.

This work is about making sense of your experience and moving forward in a way that is steady, considered, and true to you.

Start by slowing down and hearing yourself more clearly.

Make sense of what’s going on. Articulate it clearly. Move forward with direction.

In a world that can feel fast-moving, overwhelming, and uncertain, it’s easy to lose a clear sense of what’s true for you.

You don’t need to have it figured out. Just a willingness to begin.

Who you’ll work with

Sasha Crichton, certified life coach, registered counsellor and communications specialist.

I’m Sasha Crichton, a certified life coach and registered counsellor, with a background in communications and community-focused work.

I’ve worked across mental health, government and not-for-profit settings, supporting people through uncertainty, change, and times when things don’t feel clear.

My background also draws on studies of what makes us human, which informs how I listen, understand, and work with you.

How I work with you

My approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and focused on real-world application.

It’s a space to slow down, feel more steady, and make sense of what’s going on — supporting the practical, emotional, and reflective sides of moving forward.

  • In our sessions, we:

    • explore patterns, context, and what’s shaping your experience

    • look at things from different perspectives to see the bigger picture

    • put words to what’s been hard to articulate

    • create space for reflection and deeper understanding

    • identify clear, practical steps forward

    • use simple, sometimes non-linear ways of thinking to help things click

    • Regulate your emotions
Feel more steady and less overwhelmed.

    • Understand your patterns
Recognise what’s shaping your thoughts, behaviours, and responses.

    • Shift unhelpful thinking
Learn simple, practical ways to respond differently.

    • Set clear boundaries
Communicate your needs with more clarity and confidence.

    • Move forward with direction
Take steady, supported action that feels right for you.

    • If we’re working together in a professional or organisational context, this may also include practical tools such as planning documents, guides, or communication frameworks to support clear, consistent, and inclusive thinking and decision-making.

  • Gain clarity, feel more in control, and move forward with steady, practical, and accountable support.

You’ll learn simple tools to help you make decisions, stay focused, and build consistent momentum.

  • Experience a calm, grounded environment where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and feel a sense of emotional relief.

Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that supports you to feel:

    • more settled

    • more clear

    • more like yourself again

  • Structured, small-group experiences designed to help you make sense of what’s going on, put it into clear words, and move forward with direction.

These sessions offer space to reflect, learn, and gain practical tools alongside others navigating similar challenges, in a thoughtful and supportive environment.

For organisational partnerships or team workshops, get in touch.

  • We work at your pace, with your lived experience at the centre, in a way that feels safe, respectful, and responsive to your needs.

  • We build on what is already working within you.

This includes your existing strengths, values, and resources, so you feel more capable, confident, and equipped to navigate challenges over time.

  • Insight matters, but so does sustainable action.

Alongside reflection and understanding, we focus on what will help you move forward in ways that are realistic and meaningful in your everyday life.

“(Sasha) made it very easy for me to dive into aspects of myself which would otherwise make me uncomfortable. Sasha has the ability to hold space in a very loving and uplifting way.
