Live your truth.
Move forward with support.
Find clarity, feel more like yourself, and take steps forward with trauma-aware, professional support — online and in-person on the Central Coast, NSW.
When something needs to change, but you’re not sure how
You might be:
Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally flat.
At a turning point in love, life, or work.
Wanting clarity, direction, or accountability to move forward.
Ready for support that is empathetic and practical.
You may not need clinical therapy, but you do want grounded, professional support. You want a space to reflect, understand what’s happening, and begin moving forward.
Authentic State is for people who are holding it together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at a point where something needs to change — and are ready for a more grounded way forward.
How I work with you
My approach is grounded, trauma aware, and practical. I offer a safe, respectful, and useful space where you can slow down, experience emotional relief, and begin to move forward in a steady, real way.
-
Gain clarity, feel more in control, and start moving forward with steady, practical and accountable support.
-
A calm, grounded space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and experience a sense of emotional relief.
Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that helps you feel:
more settled
more clear
and more like yourself again.
-
Structured, small-group experiences designed to build confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience.
These sessions offer space to reflect, learn, and move forward alongside others in a grounded and supportive environment.
This work is guided by a set of simple, grounded principles:
Person-centred
You are the expert in your own life. I meet you where you are, listening carefully, and supporting you to find your own clarity, insight, and direction
Trauma-aware
Safety, pacing, and respect are central to our work. I am mindful of how past experiences can shape the present, and we move at a pace that feels manageable, without pressure or overwhelm.
Practical and reflective
Insight matters, but so does sustainable action. Alongside reflection and understanding, we focus on what will help you move forward in ways that are realistic and meaningful in your everyday life.
Strengths-based
We build on what is already working within you. This includes your existing strengths, values, and resources — helping you feel more capable, confident, and equipped to navigate challenges over time.
Supporting the Central Coast community
I offer both in-person and online sessions to suit your needs and preferences.
Sessions are available from Kincumber and Woy Woy on the Central Coast, NSW, as well as online for those who prefer the flexibility of remote support.
Who you’ll work with
I’m Sasha Crichton, a certified life coach and registered counsellor, with a background in communications, community-focused work, and supporting people through change.
My experience spans mental health, government, and not-for-profit settings, where I’ve worked closely with individuals and organisations navigating complexity, uncertainty, and transition. This has shaped a way of working that is grounded, thoughtful, and attuned to both the practical and emotional sides of change.
My work brings together coaching for clarity and momentum with counselling-informed support for emotional awareness, practical tools, and reflective insight — helping you make sense of what’s happening, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that is steady and sustainable.
