Meet Sasha
I'm Sasha Crichton.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening, explore new perspectives, and create the clarity, confidence and connection needed to move forward.
Grounded in understanding
My work brings together anthropology, communications, counselling, coaching and strategy, informed by formal study and more than 15 years' experience across government, mental health, business and community sectors. I take a human-centred approach that explores people, relationships and context before identifying practical ways forward and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Authentic State was created to help people and organisations better understand themselves, strengthen communication and turn insight into meaningful action.

Ethical and accountable
My work is guided by the ethical standards of the Australian Counselling Association and the International Coaching Federation, providing a respectful, confidential and professional space built on trust, clear boundaries and a commitment to your wellbeing.
Meaningful change starts with understanding.
Understanding ourselves, each other, and the relationships and systems that shape the way we live and work.
The way we think, communicate and relate influences not only our own lives, but our families, workplaces, communities and the wider world.
When we create greater understanding, we create the conditions for stronger relationships, healthier organisations and more connected communities.
That's why every conversation is an opportunity for greater clarity, stronger communication and meaningful change.
