Counselling

For when things feel heavy, overwhelming, or unclear

Counselling offers a steady, supportive space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening.

You might be:

  • feeling emotionally overwhelmed or flat

  • navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions

  • wanting to understand patterns, reactions, or relationships

  • needing space to process without pressure.

This is where you begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build practical ways to move through it.
